Always start out with a larger pot than what you think you need

When bored with eating idli, dosa, instant cooking with available fruits, spices, dry fruits, unsweetened milk, and oats. Soak overnight. Add toppings of your choice the next morning breakfast ready.

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats/ quick-cooking oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened milk, coconut milk, almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax meal
  • A handful of chopped fig,almond ,dates,raisins
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2tbsp sweetener of your choice


  • In a small glass, jar or mug add 1/3 cup of rolled oats . You can add more oats if you wish.
  • Add 2tbsp sweetner of your choice or date paste.
  • Add milk to give a smooth porridge like texture. Rolled oats, you can add ½ to 2/3 cup of water or milk.
  • Add 1tbsp of chia seeds or flaxmeal and handful of dry fruits.
  • Stir and mix well.
  • Close the jar with tight fitting lid and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours, but preferably overnight before eating.
