A perfect Green smoothie for breakfast, your early fast with Kiwi, Banana and leafy green spinach. Power-packed full of nutrients.

Smoothies are made from fresh fruits or vegetables typically using a blender that is balanced with lean protein with heart-healthy fats to brighten your morning. Smoothies are popular in western countries. Usually, Lassie is a traditional Indian Smoothie; yogurt-based drink, and milkshake comprising crushed ice, fruits, and sugar. I consume green smoothie daily to get my dailyPeanut and Groundnut Sundal recommended servings from fruits and veggies.

The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking, you’ve got to have a what-the-hell attitude.

Green Smoothie can be consumed before or after a workout to satisfy your sweet tooth and have a good sleep and relaxation. To make your smoothie sweeter, add more naturally sweet fruits like mango or natural sweetener dates. Enhance the flavor you can add spices. Green smoothies enhance your taste bud if you enjoy drinking them every day.

  • 2 frozen Banana
  • 1 frozen Kiwi fruit
  • 1/3 cup handful Spinach/palak (or any leafy greens of your choice)
  • 2-3 pitted Dates
  • ¼ cup of Water


  1. Take a blender, food processor, or mixie jar
  2. Blend Dates., Kiwi, and frozen Banana with little water
  3. Add Spinach and blend till it comes to a smooth consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve.
