Beet and green bell pepper bring out the best in each other and good combo. Quick dish. Radish microgreens add a twist to the salad by giving a crunchy and spicy taste.

Salad is a dish consisting of pieces of food in a mixture with at least one raw ingredient. It is often dressed. Boring salads are P{ongal 2021over!. Turn them into a wholesome meal or partner. Add microgreens which make them versatile and is consumed in a number of ways. Believe me, microgreens took my salad to another level.

Microgreens are tasty little shoots put them on sandwiches, in salads, tacos, pizzas, stir fry, or as a garnish. Microgreens are packed full of vital nutrients and vitamins. Radish microgreens are rich in vitamins E, K, and C.

Ingredients

  • 2 beetroots grated
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 small size tomato
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Radish microgreens
  • Salt unrefined and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Garnish with radish microgreens and serve
