It’s an add-on or bonus point to your kids, they even won’t know there’s veggie hiding. Presentation is as important as flavor and taste. Ingredients

  • 4-5 ripe bananas
  • 4-5 cardamom pods
  • 3tbsp raw beetroot grated
  • 10 soaked almonds
  • 1 tsp Sabja/Chia Seeds
  • 1tbsp jaggery or 4-5 dates

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take ripe bananas and powdered cardamom(elaichi) and mash them well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Easy and quick healthy banana beetroot pudding is ready.
  4. Garnish with roasted dry fruits and serve.
