Laurie Colwin
Banana is a year-round fruit that is sweet, creamy, and mushy, perfect for a sweet dish or smoothies. Your family will love them when you don’t want heavy chocolate desserts. It’s an add-on or bonus point to your kids, they even won’t know there’s veggie hiding. Presentation is as important as flavor and taste. Recipes without breaking a sweet are my absolute specialty of any dish.
Adding coconut milk gives a rich taste and twist to the pudding.
